We search for large land parcels with nearby access to the electric transmission system.

Landowner Education and Lease Negotiation
We educate landowners about what it means to host a solar energy project and then we make a proposal to lease their land so we can develop a project.

Community and Project Development
We identify stakeholders and engage with them to build awareness and understanding of what it could mean to have a clean energy project in their community.

Mobilize Financing for Operation
We identify and place our projects with the right long-term owner / operator who will keep with the interest of serving our landowners and communities.
